I can't say enough about Quality Auto Body. Not only was my repair completed immaculately, but I was treated with the utmost professionalism by everyone on their team. Special shout out to Santiago. He provided my estimate quickly, had the repair completed a day and a half early, and it came in under budget. Don't hesitate to work with them!
Phenomenal customer service from the time I walked in to the time my car was ready for pick up. Santiago and Tom quickly took photos and sent the estimate to their insurance. He assured me he would handle everything and kept his promise. I dropped off my car and they had someone waiting in the lobby to take me to Enterprise rentals. No real big inconveniences and my car looked better than it looked when I bought it. When I went to pick it up but Santiago and his crew did a fabulous job making my QX8O was showroom floor ready. They went above and beyond. I'd definitely recommend quality auto body to anyone and especially those with high standards.
